摘要： 網絡辦公系統正在逐步取代傳統的辦公模式，它不但可

以提高整體辦公效率、降低辦公成本，同時也是學校信息化建設的

重要組成部分。因此開發一個符合單位實際情況的網絡辦公系統有

著重要的意義，文章對現有辦公系統體系結構的局限性進行瞭分

析，提出瞭基於b/s模式的系統設計方案，並以公告通知模塊為例

詳細介紹瞭設計與實現的方法，在實際應用中大大提高瞭公告的傳

遞效率，應用效果良好。
